Named for the iconic gay night club, Splash House was previously owned and renovated by the club’s owner, Harry Bartel and his partner Brian Landeche.
The house’s new owner, Phil Carroll, celebrates that golden age of gay nightlife in the 90’s and early 00’s with each room themed in honor of some of the greatest divas to have performed at Splash.
Offering all the amenities one could ask for on a gay resort island (pool, hot tub, gym weights), this 5 bedroom/ 4 bathroom home is the perfect canvas for an exceptional vacation.
